How long is each session?

Each session is allotted 50 minutes. Should the client(s) need additional time, the therapist and client will work together to reach a mutually agreed upon length of time. 

WHAT IS THE COST PER SESSION?

I offer a 30 minute in-person consultation at no cost to you so that potential client(s) are able to speak with me, ask questions and decide whether we are a good match.  After that, 50 minute sessions are $150/HR.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes! I currently accept Anthem Blue Cross California, Oscar Health, United Healthcare, Oxford, Cigna & Aetna.

For clients who do not use their insurance, I can provide you with a monthly statement or "superbill" of services rendered to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement purposes. Please contact your insurance provider directly to inquire about any possible out-of-network reimbursement prior to beginning therapy services. 

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?

More than 24 hours in advance, you may reschedule/cancel a consult or session at no charge. 

If you cancel your free 30-min consult within 24 hours--or fail to show up at the appointment--you are encouraged to schedule a 50 minute session but will not be offered another free consultation.

If you do not show up at your regularly scheduled appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for your session.
